Apologies for the colour of my brows. I've been using a Karin Herzog cream, it's yellow and seems to have made my brows look bleached. I didn't spot it until I looked at the pictures!

Hey Cheeky! I was worried that it was too much of a flat brown for me. It's not as pinky as I would normally go for. I think a slightly different eye look might be more complimentary too.

Ah ok, well to me it looks very very similar to the colours you normally wear.. I know what you mean though, there's a fine line..
ReplyDeleteI have a Viva Glam 1 lipstick (Mac in case there was doubt) and it's a flat browney nude, and to me , it really looks brown and a bit flat and dull.. But I am sure really, no one would notice it!
I think both colours are very flattering, but I see why you might have had second thoughts about the lipstick. I do agree that a different eye look would probably flatter this lip more. All in all, in my opinion, it's a win!
ReplyDeleteSo, I got my E Bess order and everything you've read about the shadows is true! It's soooo beautiful...I won't even attempt to describe the colour, as you can see so many great swatches online, but the quality, silkiness, ease of blending and appearance are outstanding. Very-very happy bunny here.
Let me just close my comment by stating that you should truly be ashamed of yourself. Because of YOU young lady, I went and ordered Gracious Arasari with which I fell in love straight away...along with a few other pieces from RBR (hint: Replica shall be duly castigated too)...There, happy now????? :-)

@Cheeky Beauty: Your right, probably no one else would notice but me. I wore again today with different eyeshadow and felt a lot more comfortable though.

@Replica: I’ll have to draw them in with a coloured pencil sometime to freak you out ;). Illamasqua did a rather lovely look with some blue brows. Maybe I should give it a try……
