Lancôme Le Vernis Rouge Saint Honoré
I think I am a little bit in love with this nail polish. I love the colour red but don't often wear it on my nails, I think that is all about to change. Lancôme's Le Vernis Rouge Saint Honoré is a super glossy and very classic pillar-box red. It's bright without being too in your face. I almost want to call it a jelly finish as it has an slight transparent quality to it.
Like the Noir 29, it was quite a thick consistency and I found I needed to clean up afterwards. I applied two coats and finished with a coat of Seche Vite. I know I'm never usually drawn on wear time but this has worn incredibly well for me. I applied this on Saturday night and I still have it on today. I do have a little tip wear now and I shall probably take it off this evening but three days is almost unheard of for me. I have really enjoyed wearing it for both the colour and the quality. It's actually made me feel rather glamourous and ladylike!
The nail polish costs £12.50 and is part of Lancôme's 29, Saint Honoré collection.
