Edward Bess

I was extremely privileged to attend a blogger event on Wednesday evening to celebrate the launch of Edward Bess at Zuneta.com. I had heard so many good things about the line and was really pleased to be able to see it all in person. When we arrived we were all personally greeted by Edward and honestly, I think I might have blushed! He is such a gentleman though and it's hard not to be charmed by him. His love for his products is evident too, which is very infectious.

The line is beautifully conceived and is designed to enhance a woman's naturally beauty. The colours are all very wearable. I was particularly wowed by the
compact rouge creme blushes, all three shades are lovely and the texture is amazing. The lipsticks are also a standout for me. Edward started the line with his lip wardrobe and all of the colours look very easy to wear, though favourites for me are at the darker end of the spectrum, such as Tender Love and Midnight Bloom.

It probably goes without saying that the eyeshadows really appeal to me. Mystery, Dusk and Intimate are the sort of neutrals that I make a bee-line for. Both VisionaryBeauty and London MakeUp Girl have posted great swatches which are well worth a look if you are considering a purchase.

This is an expensive range but I think you get a lot for your money; gorgeous formulations, wearable and very flattering shades and stunning packaging. A lot of thought has gone into these products.
I couldn't resist putting an order in after seeing it all in the flesh and I can't wait for them to arrive and be able to share my thoughts with you. So, are you tempted? Have you already placed an order?

Edward Bess is available exclusively from www.zuneta.com in the UK.
