I've used two of my favourite MAC eyeshadows in this look: Vex and Club are both duochrome eyeshadows and I think they pair well. I had hoped that wearing with the Jade eyeliner would pull out the green in both eyeshadows but I think they look very neutral here.

This is a beautiful look, love the eyeliner. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on the skin base, I've been debating whether to get it but heard very mixed reviews.
ReplyDeleteHi KTCG and thank you! I think whether or not you will enjoy skin base depends on what you're used to. I can feel it on my skin and it sits in my pores. I think if you're used to light foundations, this may not be for you. It does give a nice finish but I think it's a heavier coverage and doesn't feel like the other BB cream that I have. What sort of base are you after?

@Marcia: Ha ha! That was taken in the run up to the end of the school year and I was all out of good cheer!! I do try hard to not to look so serious on camera ordinarily ;)

@Rocaille: Cubic is one of my absolute favourite blushers. When in doubt, I always reach for this colour.
